What's with the under-passioned definition of "transformation"?...
... and look at the searched results of "spiritual transformation"... !?!
Here are some thoughts...
"...losing attachment with 'being' us and reformation or growing identity with the highest self..."
Like in the animal kingdom, a human being undergoes an equally dramatic transformation, unfolding the path to liberation from within and emerging, after great struggle, as an expression of divinity in the world. Where humans rise as spiritual beings conscious about its presence as energy that can neither be created nor be destroyed, but transforms and transmits from one form to another.
Transformation is the self having a cathartic "AHA moment" and undergoing a metamorphosis from the old conditioned way of thinking to a new paradigm of thought, action, and purpose. As the late Dr. Wayne Dyer once said, "When you change the way you look at something, the something that you look at changes." Transformation can only be achieved with awareness. (Jacqueline Banwat)
Whats Your Story?
"...gaining the ability to see the world as it truly is!"
Transformation is having the veil fall from your eyes and gaining the ability to see the World as it truly is! Coming out of the dark to realize your true life purpose. It is leaving an old life behind and shedding anything that no longer serves that purpose. It is facing your demons and finally letting them go! (Fiona Davis)

We are in a time, a cycle of a radical transformation. A transformation on many levels activating simultaneously in a predesigned moment in our history.
Uniting Heart & Mind
With over 25 years of being an artist, practicing complementary healing and 10 years of facilitating transformation style workshops, I thought I knew what it meant to evolve, to grow. My husband got sick with esophageal cancer in 2010, and I got hit in the face with a huge plate of humble pie. I discovered that transformation takes trust and great courage and it was openness that helped me find some of my precious gems.
Transformation is a 3 stage process:
1) The Ending – where life encourages us to make drastic changes.
2) The Chaos – where we can hold-on and trust the process Grace is offering.
3) The Beginning – where we discover the best of us is waiting on the other side.
For me, transformation took incredible strength and courage. In stage 1, I let go of everything in my life that distracted me from quality time with my family so that I could bring myself peace, love my children through their teen years as an almost single parent and love my husband through his process.
"...I thought I knew what it meant to evolve..."
I did not hang onto the details that threw us into chaos and in the darkest hours, I trusted that our inner-selves were capable of extraordinary transformation. All along, I heard a gentle inner voice saying, "It's going to be okay... love each other through it all." Uniting heart and mind, that is what transformation is all about and discovering that transition has stages is my greatest treasure. (Barbara Mackenzie)
"Transformation is perhaps my most favorite subject in the world "
Our entire universe is pure energy. The amazing thing about energy is that it cannot be created nor destroyed. Energy exists in many different forms. It can be transferred from one object to another as well.
However, the most incredible thing to know about energy is that it can be, and does constantly go through transformation. Our universe consists of two types of energy. Dark Energy, which is what over 80% of the universe is made of. What many scientists are theorizing to be the unending pool of energy before being transformed into our “visible” universe, known as “light matter”. Visible matter only makes up, at most, 5% of the known universe. Staggering information. What happens is that dark energy is transformed into “light energy”, or matter for a better word.
“If you wish to understand the universe, think of energy, vibration and frequency” ~ Nikola Tesla
The very key to this miraculous transformation, the key to the knowledge of the universe, is simply to know how it is transformed. Knowing this, one can transform the very fabric of the universe itself. (David Hopkins)
A key part of life is transformation. To transform is to grow. I believe that life is a set of challenges that builds our character and personality. We must surrender & trust the process for the end result will always be transformation. It does not have to be painful to make the changes however it does need to be consistent.
In my opinion the best way to look at life is to let go of that which blocks our ability to transform. Trusting the process and loving others as you love yourself is the best advice I can give to make the process of transformation as painless as possible. I love you all and thank you for being part of something greater than ourselves!

Alan Watts On Transformation!
Walking towards my favourite tree
He sensed me coming... my senses agree
As I stand here again... he knew why I'd came
For a breathe, and a moment to sing once again.
Oh...what a journey this we both know
From seeds we both started,
Till this day we grow.
Our roots firmly planted in mother earth's soil.
Through the storms...
That we've challenged HUH.....
Still thriving high, for that spirit in the sky
Keep smiling.....dear friend
All ...is....well. And goodbye.
