Take a minute to thank yourself for coming here. We need to be more thankful for what we have by realizing who we are. If we love ourselves first we can accomplish anything. That is a lot easier said than done because its in the nature of our mind to hold on to things. This is where living in the heart comes in.
Take a deep breathe for a second. Find the stillness deep within and bring it forth though breath. Sometimes the outside world pours so much information into us we get overwelmed with our own expectations on that info. This is when we must breath to release that excess energy. Lets the thoughts come and go. Find the connection to all that is deep within.
In spiritual context, focusing on our breathe how it flows and how we control its movement for longer period balances our inner vibrational frequency synchronising it with our energy points (chakras) to go beyond thoughts and senses and be nothing but UNIVERSE oneself.
So, just breathe being the BREATHE yourself!
