They say, "Follow your dreams"

       I say, "Giddyup!"
Both awake and sleeping dreams have eluded mankind for centuries. All the great scientific and inspired minds have grappled with them through our history. The truth is, we don't know what they are or where they come from and to that end, we seem to be unaware that this part of who we are, even exists.

We have some sense because we care about our dreams; they influence us and sometimes help us with direction. They can even leave our mirror neurons responding for minute/hours/days, tapping into our fight and flight system. Maybe nightmares are like fire alarms so they can test the system.

Since I was a child I wondered if anyone else considered that the dream state is the consciousness of our something greater than myself. What if our dreams were actually where we touch the infinite, where we glimpse all of the realities collapsed, or expanded, into one. What if there the universe also existed in the dream state? For me, this doesn't seem to be a stretch. I have had many dreams that I have taken as guidance and transformed my life because of it.

Passion Planet is a perfect example. A few months before I met Mike, I dreamt that I was being led through a maze of rooms by a petite girl who felt pure and childlike and who had the strength of a woman. I could sense that there were all kinds of cheerful and kind people and I could hear the chattering as I was led from one room, through to the next, and the next. The rooms made an impression because they were bright and airy and fixed, while the halls in between were more melted and cave like. I only saw one person's face, and I heard Mike's voice in the final room before leading me outside where she said no one else has gone. I felt this was where I was meant to be. So familiar was she when I met Prerana and Matt I knew but it wasn't until hearing Mike's voice and having the experience all the beautiful people here, at Passion Planet, my dream has literally come to my reality.

PERSPECTIVE  creates the whole

I cannot stress enough, how all perspectives of an idea create the whole. What follows is but a perspective. The soul, one's being, experiences through The Observer. Those who are reading this observing it through the physical. When someone goes to sleep, they shut off/out conscious observation of the world around them. Allowing the soul to experience the Self through another perspective, the Dream World.

We are just conscious of what our bodies, in that realm, are doing during the experience we consider a dream, living as the embodiment of yourself in that perceivable reality. What we remember when awakening back in the physical world would be the moments that stuck with us, the experiences that were the most influential for the soul. Just as when looking back on this life, memories are not remembered by every waking moment, but by pieces in time that brought with them the most growth for the being. Pictures or video clips about one's self, if you will.

The knowledge is slipping from the mind through the flood of information that is living this waking life. One does not recall this life while conscious in the dream body but it is enthralled within the experience they live in. The transfer of bodies occurs through astral projection, the mind meditating with the intention of ceasing cognizance of the physical world.

It gives the soul the opportunity to leave the vessel. Some dreams being the same, while other dreams completely different.

For the planes are endless and you are expressed in some way through all existence. ~ Joshua

 ...explore without limitation

When I hear the word dreams, I think first of the infinite playground during sleep. With our egos on silent we can really explore without limitation. This playground in the mind allows our sub-conscious to relay messages to our consciousness. Sometimes in a funny interpretive ways. I believe our sub-conscious is part of the collective.

Dreams have the power to help us grow and evolve in so many ways by uniting us with the collective and accessing useful information. My dreaming experience so far has been one of the most enlightening parts of my being. Having had visits from insightful spirits to intuitive premonitions, dreams have always guided my spirit. Upon human awakening, messages from the dream world will reach you while awake. Now that's what dreams are made of.

What Drives Our Dreams?

 induce or `incubate` dreams!

In Ancient Egypt, as far back as 2000BC, the Egyptians wrote down their dreams on papyrus. People with vivid and significant dreams were thought to be blessed and considered special. They believed that dreams were like Oracles, bringing messages from the gods. To them, dreaming was the best way to receive divine revelation and so they would induce or `incubate` dreams! The Ancient Egyptians would go to sanctuaries and sleep on special `dream beds` in the hope receiving advice, comfort or healing from the gods.

Symbols are the language of dreams and can create feelings or ideas often much more deep and profound than any words ever could. Although these symbols can also leave us confused! Learning to interpret our dreams is a very powerful tool. In doing so, we can learn about our deepest secrets and hidden feelings, as well as sometimes being premonitory.

Every detail, down to the minutest element in our dreams is important and all must be considered when interpreting our dreams. Each symbol represents a mood, feeling, memory, occurrence or something from your subconscious. Pay close attention to all the characters, animals, objects, places, emotions, colours and numbers that appear in dreams. Even the most trivial of things can be significant.

Dream dictionaries are an important tool in analysing our dreams, along with your own personal experiences, memories and circumstances! With practice, we can gain a deep understanding of the cryptic messages contained within our dreams! ~ Fiona

That dream is possible!

DREAM ON!!

You see dreams are something that can have many meanings. There are the dreams you have in reality, the reality you have in dreams, lucid dreams, vivid dreams and scary dreams. All of these help to mould our reality.

I use to lucid dream a lot a few years ago. It was one of the most beautiful things in the world to consciously build a reality in a world that has no connection to time, effort or physical materials.
You are truly free in a dream as we all wish to be in life. The funny things about dreams are not only can you warp & control them but you can also learn from them. It is possible to bring an experience back from a dream. Explain to me how something as material as the matter of the brain can give rise to something as immaterial as a dream? There is no real explanation for that.

Lastly I wish to go over the risks and rewards to the amazing skill of Lucid Dreaming. Lucid dreaming is when you become 100% conscious to the fact that you are dreaming. This gives you the ability to be in your minds purest form of creation. To able to manifest instantaneously that of your highest imagination is vividly beautiful. You can soar though the air, fulfil your desires and have whatever you wish! However if you do this often enough your sub consciousness catches on and wakes you into another dream so you think you woke up. The mind is very tricky and if not careful you will start having false awakenings type 2 which is where you mind continues to wake you up in a dream of a dream of a dream of a dream… until you have no idea whether you’re in reality or not.

This is dangerous because when it use to happen to me I couldn’t be 100% certain when I woke in “reality” for sure. Dreams are such an important part of human nature. They give us our wings of pure creation! When we wake up we all wish to go back to that dream we loved so much. It is the desire that is dangerous. Just be who you are and don’t be afraid to dream big. Be sure to ask the universe for it! Dream On!! ~ Mike

To describe the nature of this world is to use the metaphor of a dream. When we’re dreaming, we experience all these objects and events. We have perceived histories with the people in our dream and may go through conflicts, communications, responsibilities, and phases of good and bad fortune. In the dream state, your unconscious mind can create any scenario and characters it desires.

What are our dreams made of? What are the people in our dreams made of? Who are they really? What are the situations and obstacles in our dreams made of? Every one of them is made of nothing but our own consciousness.Above all the goals and concerns we may have within your waking-state-dream, the foremost goal from a spiritual perspective is to know that we’re dreaming and to WAKE UP!!!

Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytical theory of dreams in his book, The Interpretation of Dreams', was based on the premise that repressed aggressive and sexual instincts find an outlet into the conscious mind through symbols, and hence find fulfilment. Researchers have offered many theories--memory consolidation, emotional regulation, threat simulation—but a unified one remains, well, a pipe dream. Nevertheless, people continue mining their night-time reveries for clues to their inner lives, for creative insight, and even for premonitions.

To me dreams were an escape from reality that I was not able to be peace with initially. Slowly I started the mechanism of sleep and with that started analysing my dream, like I dreamt of being trapped in a cross-road and the traffic light is not turning green. I realised its my inner indecision or fear that was responsible for this repetitive dream. Once I made peace with my fear, I freed myself and I don’t dream it anymore.

Don’t ignore your dreams because dreams give wings to thoughts and fins to your success.
